GENERAL Surface mounted luminaire for use in the spaces with potentially explosive ambience. Certified Il3G Ex nA llC T4 Gc i ll3D Ex tc lllC T65’C Dc, in accordance with the standards EN IEC 60079-0:2018/AC:2020-02, EN IEC 60079-15:2021 i EN 60079-31:2014. Fraunhofer IPA institute certified to ISO Class 1, according to EN14644-1, hygienic design up to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) class D.
OPTICS Multi-layered optics. The micro prismatic diffuser protects against glare. The insulating film ensures a uniform light. The tempered protection glass provides a smooth surface for easy maintenance.
HOUSING Housing consists of two parts: the outer and inner casings. The outer casing is made of 0.8 mm thick steel and is protected by a zinc primer. The inner casing carries electronic components and is connected to the construction of the diffuser carrier. The surface is protected with antibacterial epoxy-polyester white powder, which is resistant to detergents. The construction ensures complete sealing with the ceiling. The connection of the two parts with the spring plate system is sealed. Easy mounting. Steel cables provide additional safety.
APPLICATION The luminaire is applicable in the spaces with potentially explosive ambience, such as pharmaceutical industry, hangars, places where fuel, liquid and powder chemicals and dangerous materials are handled.
