I wanted to personally thank you and the BUCK Team for all the support that was provided when suggesting an LED Luminaire which would complement our new Assembly Stations being developed for a new R&D project at the Abbott Ireland Vascular Division in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, Ireland. The support from the offset has been excellent, with weekly meetings to discuss technical requirements for the product. The timelines for this new Assembly Line were extremely tight and BUCK managed to fit our build into an existing customer’s production run, this insured that we had the units available for installation.
The feedback has been extremely positive from the R&D Engineering Group and Operations Team in relation to the quality of the product and how it illuminates the worksurface with no glare. The most positive element of feedback has been the Dali Electronic Dimmer function which allows the Operators to adjust the light intensity to suit their requirements. The build quality is exceptional, with serviceability being designed into the product not only to support ease of installation but also to repair the units if required.
BUCK has offered multiple solutions to different lighting projects at other Abbott sites. The drive and determination of the BUCK team is excellent, as they are always trying to solve problems and offer solutions to problems. I have enjoyed working with BUCK on this project and found them to be extremely professional from the start and look forward to dealing with the team on future projects.
