July 14, 2021 - Our work is dedicated to continuous improvements of the luminaires we offer to the market. This time we present you with a new line of specialized reflectors for sports lighting VECTOR.

The Vector family originated from the Tangram HB group. We have recognised the need to separate the specialised reflector for sports lighting VECTOR from the rest of the Tangram HB family used in industrial, facade, and street lighting. Vector differs from Tangram in the construction itself. The central space in the form of a closed box for the ballast is moved behind the reflector in a separate compartment where the driver's position is exposed but covered with high IP protection. With these changes, the reflector becomes more compact and reliable in cooling and protection against the penetration of moisture and other particles. The mounting bracket is part of the luminaire, which further accelerates and improves the mounting process.

June 10,  2021 - This year, for the first time, the AFA talent organization created an event called the "Talent Development Forum ", which brought together students, professors, government and business representatives to discuss employees development and the future of the labour market.

The central topic was the "Talent Paradox". On the one hand, the "war for talents" is intensifying, companies are continuously creating new strategies and methods to attract talents. At the same time, on the other hand, we have the so-called "Waste of talent" or incomplete use of the potentials, due to inefficient recruitment and inadequate educational system.

The forum gathered great speakers, among whom was Darko Budeč, the founder and president of BUCK. We are grateful to the AFA organization for the invitation. We were pleased to present BUCK's point of view on talents matter, how to motivate and invest in them, as well as to emphasize the importance of employees expertise for business development.

May 20, 2021 - We were invited to the 18th-anniversary celebration of FEFA Faculty. As a part of the event panel discussion entitled “The competitiveness of the Serbian economy in the digital age“ was held. The participants of the panel were representatives of domestic companies that remained competitive thanks to their constant innovation process, regardless of the market that has been, in the last few years, more challenging than ever.

We are all aware that the digital age is challenging for both large developed economies and smaller ones still in the transition process. “In order to accelerate its economic development, Serbia must change its economic structure in the direction of products and services of high added value. A key element is the ability of businesses to be innovative and competitive in the global market“ - Those are some of the conclusions of the participants of the FEFA business panel, among whom was our CEO Darko Budeč.

Panellists highlighted the importance of multidisciplinarity in education and the ability to be fast in learning and decision making as a key competitive advantage for every individual in a current business environment.

April 28, 2021 - Thanks to the innovative HCL concept that emulates the sunlight spectrum during the day, our luminaire Aria Smart HCL provides overall visual comfort in the workspace. Hence, the artificial light supports circadian rhythm and provides quality lighting as well as being in nature. Aria Smart HCL is especially interesting to architects and designers because of its mobility. Therefore, it is an excellent choice for lighting in modern business spaces that often require flexibility in the organization of workplaces.

March 22, 2021 - Our dear colleagues once again responded to the challenging project and made us very proud. We also want to express our great gratitude because we had the opportunity to cooperate with a significant global brand such as Mercedes. Our team's task was to create an identical concept with luminaires to meet precisely defined requirements in all parameters according to MAR2020. Our proposed solution had to pass several controls inside and outside the Mercedes-Benz Corporation, from the local Home Plan designer, through Graft, who had the role of design supervision within the project, the Mercedes management itself Daimler as the final control.

February 03, 2021 - We are pleased to announce that even in these challenging times, for the eighteenth years in the row, we have completed the recertification process for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) by the Swiss accredited company SGS.

The integrated management system (IMS) that we have combines six ISO standards:

• ISO 9001 (QMS) - Quality Management System
• ISO 14001 (EMS) - Environmental Management System. It is important for us to identify, control, and improve our activities, products and services on the environment
• ISO 27001 (ISMS) - Information security management system, whether technical, administrative or physical
• ISO 50001 (EnMS) - Energy management system. Efficient energy management brings positive economic and environmental effects
• ISO 13485: 2016 - Quality management system for medical devices that is fully compliant with ISO 9001 and refers to the commitment of manufacturers to the maximum correctness and quality of their medical devices
• ISO 45001 (OHS) - Occupational safety and health management system. System protection of our employees, as well as others involved in business processes in the company, in compliance with legal regulations and continuous improvement

Standards policies encourage the system's effectiveness and efficiency, the successful implementation of the processes, and initiate continuous improvements. According to the stated standards, certifications verify that we provide our clients with high-quality products and services, respecting employees, the society, and the environment.
