GENERAL Railway tunnel luminaire for emergency lighting, intended for GRP handrails. Appropriate for harsh environments with high air pressure caused by high-speed trains pass. The longevity, energy efficiency and overall reliable luminaire performance ensure low operating costs.
OPTICS Appropriate light distribution is generated by the polycarbonate luminaire housing itself, which is designed as a functional optical unit.
HOUSING The luminaire housing is made of polycarbonate and is highly protected – IP66, IK07..
LIGHTING MANAGEMENT Control system provides power and communication with luminaires. Half-duplex communication between control units and luminaires is done through power line cabling to save wiring.
FEATURES The luminaire system consists of a luminaire and a handrail mounted on the tunnel walls. The luminaire can be placed into the handrail easily and without tools. The handrail is made of pressed polyester with glass threads (GRP)– a very durable and corrosion-resistant material.
